The “Websites” means Kickly’s websites (including without limitation kickly.net, app.kickly.net and any successor URLs, mobile, or localized versions and related domains and subdomains), and the “Service” means Kickly’s products, applications, and services, in each case in whatever format they may be offered now or in the future.

How do we handle your Social Logins

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. How long do we keep your information

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Deletion of Your Personal Data

There are two methods to get your data (and account) deleted from Kickly. They are:

  1. Under GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (for EU Residents): This gives you the right to ask an organization that holds data about you, to delete that data. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. You can make your request verbally or in writing. We recommend writing via email, to serve as evidence. An organization has one calendar month to respond to your request.
  2. Under CCPA – California Consumer Privacy Act: This empowers California residents to request that a business delete the data/personal information it has on you. The business is legally required to delete the consumer’s personal information from its records and direct any service providers to delete the data too.

Now we understand what the laws entail, You can delete your account by contacting us via email. Here is how to handle the account data deletion request:

  1. In your email, state that you want your data/account deleted – Note that under GDPR or CCPA you don’t need to provide a reason for your request.
  2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account with Kickly.
  3. Mention the Law under which you make your request – GDPR or CCPA.

Social Accounts

Kickly offers the capability to create your account with other Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Google.

When you create your account with a Social Media Platform, you’ll be shown the set of permissions that the connected account is granting to Kickly. You can remove Kickly by visiting your Facebook account, and follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook.
  2. Go to your Facebook profile’s Apps and Websites settings tab: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
  3. Remove Kickly app from the list.
  4. Click the View Removed Apps and Websites link.
  5. In the popup, click the View button to the right of the Kickly application.
  6. In the window, appeared click Send Request to trigger the deletion of your Personal Data.

You can remove Kickly by visiting your Google account, and follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your Google.
  2. Go to your Google Permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  3. Click on Kickly app.
  4. Click the Remove Access button.
  5. In the popup, confirm the removal process and click OK button

You can choose to remove access to Kickly at any time. If you choose to remove your access from Kickly, we’ll delete all of the raw data we’ve imported through that connection, unless required by law to keep it.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Payment Data

When you make a purchase on the Offerings, any credit card data you provide as part of your Payment Data is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe through their Stripe Checkout service. We never receive or store your full credit card data. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry-standard security. Stripe may use your Payment Data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy here.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
